I have a coworker who is a single mom of two kids who are 13 and 16. We joke about work and talk about makeup/clothes etc. she asks me for dating advice and we chat about her social life.

Today she tells me about the guy she met the first weekend in February and thinks she might be pregnant. She says she will know for sure next week when she predicts her period to come or not.

I have not in detail shared with her that we are struggling ttc (15 months), on fertility meds, and working with a fertility specialist. I hope she didn’t get pregnant by *accident* 💔 I really like our work friendship but I won’t be able to handle her being pregnant
