In one study done in Denmark, men who struggled to get quality sleep had a sperm count 25% lower than those who had no trouble sleeping. It is possible sleep problems affect levels of testosterone. At least one other study has found keeping young men awake for longer reduces production of the sex hormone. So try and get some more zzz's!
