Super early pregnancy symptoms?

I know they say you can’t have symptoms before implantation, but I’m wondering if anyone has had the opposite experience? I read about something called the “Early pregnancy Factor”, which suppresses the woman’s immune system so it doesn’t attack the lil’ bean.. curious if this can cause symptoms.

Anyone have symptoms starting from ovulation and end up with a BFP? If so, what were they?
