Chances of conceiving after 6+ months of trying

Is it likely after not conceiving in the first 6 months that it’s going to even happen naturally? I’m only 25 and have been trying for 8 months...never even had a faint positive. My husband has had a sperm test, and I’ve had bloodwork. Everything has come back good. However, everything I read says about 80% people in our age group will have conceived by the 6 month point. By a year, 85% will have conceived, which would seems to indicate much less couples conceive between 7-12 months than 1-6 (and possibly have fertility problems?!) I have clockwork 28 day cycles and get positive OPKs on the same day (CD14) each month. No signs of PCOS or Endo. Is it ever gonna happen for us?! 😢
