Girls I need some help! I need to find a new prenatal vitamin to take. I was on a pill one and it started making me really sick every time I took it. I would prefer a gummy one to take this time. If you could please leave your suggestion down below!

Ritual.. ritual.com. Not a gummy BUT will not make you sick i promise. Theyre amazing. The ingredients are so good, theyre lemony and you take two. I take them in the morning on an empty stomach and do not get nauseous at all- all other pills i did. The gummies are sugary and made my teeth feel gross and they dont have iron which is important.
