I'm the primary parent of my son; my Husband and I take care of my son 100%. My son's dad gets visitation every weekend and he's "suppose" to pay child support 😐 (which he's almost $2,000 behind). Anywho, we just did our taxes and my son's dad messages me and says that he claimed my son on his taxes. I ask him why when my son lives here, he doesnt pay child support or anything.

**So now both of us claimed my son, will he get into trouble? I have proof my son actually lives with me. What do I do?**
