Breast cancer?

So I am not saying I have breast cancer it does not run in my family if that even matters. Although I do fear having it because my breast are always hurting and it always hurts in a specific spot when I touch it. I spoke to my doctor they said it was a cyst got an ultra sound and they told me it was not a cyst but my rib bone . Still did not make sense to me i still have the same pain in the same spot when I turn my body to stretch my back my chest pops around the same area of pain in my breast just makes an odd sound idk if anyone has dealt with this? I have no lumps at least none that I am aware of no discharge nothing differnt in my breast but constant pain. I even had a breast exam. I am only 19. Advice ?
