OPK HELP, CYCLE DAY 23

Someone please give me advice, currently on Cycle Day 23, I don’t know if iv already ovulated or not. My periods are regular and I’m due for my period in 9 days. My LH surge was high around my fertilite window and then started dropping and the line geting less and less and now it’s back up. I’m so confused with these opk’s
