Help please

3 days late now, negative test, been cramping for weeks now but it's only seemed to get worse. Boyfriend and I had sex yesterday and I had severe cramping in lower abdomen and back particularly worse around my right ovary lasted about 30 minutes, it's hard to describe what I was feeling but it had me in tears laying in the fetal position until it eventually passed. Today I'm still having alot of pain around my right ovary and some mild cramping. Still no sign of AF? What
