California weather
I live in Northern California and the weather has been especially gloomy lately, pair it with my hormones and you have a perfect recipe for disaster. These days are the days when I feel the most down (I’m talking general feeling of being sad for no reason) even on the days I take myself to the gym I still feel crappy! I need the sun to come out now please and thank you !
