How do you give medicine to your toddler?

Every time I give my daughter medicine, she always forces herself to throw it up. How do you get your little one to take their medicine?

When she was little I would squirt the infant syringe far enough back that it forced her to swallow and that was good enough. Now she thinks it is yummy. She has only ever needed good-tasting medcines like tylenol and motrin, though. We still just use the infant syringe.

We still use the plastic syringe from the baby Tylonel. Lol! She likes this cause she does it herself.

I use a syringe, we do a small squirt of medicine and a gulp of water, back and forth until he takes it all. 
Look into natural medicines, like little remedies. They have less sugar and I noticed that my son gags less when taking that vs tylenol.

I give mine chewables. He thinks they are candy or something and is happy to take them.

We had to do a round of tamiflu, which tastes terrible. A note on the bottle suggested to mix the dose with a little bit of applesauce, still fluid enough for them to drink out of the medicine cup. Try that?

We use the little cup. We make a big deal about being a big boy and he loves it. I used to have to bribe him with mini m&ms, now he does it for the praise.

She takes Tylenol and ibuprofen fine but it’s antibiotics that I have to put into juice or milk to get her to drink it.
