New to IVF

Hey guys! I need help I am new to ivf and can’t understand what I am looking at. We just found out our only chance of every conceiving is through IVF, we are worried about paying as my insurance doesn’t cover anything but we make too much to be considered for grants. We may make enough, but I have student loans that would make you gag! Can someone talk me through these options? Such as, in the first option, if they get 12 eggs, 6 are viable, they transfer two.... what happens if that doesn’t work? I pay 5k to transfer more frozen embryos?
