Formal wear?!?!

So I am not the type to “dress up” I’ll usually wear jeans and a nice shirt or yoga pants and a t shirt, there is is in between lol. I have a meeting tomorrow that is very important at my local hospital and need some serious help on choosing my outfit, so please respond with suggestions, opinions, changes, and HELP! Thanks!

Sorry that some pictures are upside down, they were easiest to take that way. The floral shirt is a dressier tank top so I would obviously need a small cardigan to put over it (black maybe) also those are the only “fancy” shoes I have so I’m praying those look fine with these pants. There are the “fanciest” pants I own other than regular black pants😂 I meant to go out and buy a nice outfit but I just didn’t didn’t have time and couldn’t find anything with the shit stores around here.
