Tummy bulge
hey everyone! I just wanted to hear some tips and personal experience with a bulging stomach. Ive always liked my figure instead of my stomach, I would always hide it behind high waisted pants.
I am 5’5 with a petite frame. I dont really eat too healthy as I grew up a picky eater and its hard for me to break habits.
I recently started doing at home ab workouts but most are not that easy as I have a really bad back.
I just want to make sure im investing my time in doing the right things that will work.
