Amara was born last night and still hasn't eaten. She just won't latch on to my breast. The only thing she's eaten is the little bit of colostrum that I squeeze out to try to tempt her. (I can only do that on the right side, my left won't even squeeze out anything) She'll open her mouth around my nipple but won't suck at all. And pumping has been completely unsuccessful, I just end up with sore swollen nipples and literally nothing comes out. She gets mad and fussy and I just feel inadequate. Doctors are about to have me give her formula because she needs to eat. I'm just so frustrated and upset and idk what else to do. I've had nurses and lactation specialists come in but I can't get her to eat 😣
