False or actual labor

So I’ve been having cramps (kinda like period cramps) they’re not like consistent or whatever but they’ve been getting more painful and a very painful stinging pain in my vagina when the cramps happen. I’ve lost my mucus plug but my water hasn’t broke. I’m thinking of going in if they get more painful but I don’t wanna go and it be false labor and me being just a little pussy 😂 any advise or thoughts?
