Please help me girls if it happened with you

Hi girls ! My problem is that i have no periods from 4 days and i have all the symptoms of pregnancy sore breast ,pain in abdomen, pain in breast nipples , nausea, I don’t know why are these ! I went yesterday for blood test to check if its positive ... dr said its negative .. i am not pregnant 🤰 is this too early for me that i have checked ? Or i am not pregnant in real ? If this possible then why no periods ? I have always on time or early periods never ever late periods 😭😭😭😭i am sad and broke .. please help me
