I have a couple of questions about Lovenox and pregnancy:

1. I take 100mg twice a day and I feel like thats a really high dose. I know it goes by weight and I weigh quite a bit, bout 235. But I barely tested positive for lupus anticoagulant. High dose or no?

2. I'm 35 yrs old and 6 weeks pregmant. I started spotting with cramps. I went to the er and they dont know if I'm miscarring or its the shots. My Dr is waiting for my next ultrasound in a week to determine what's happening. True be told, I think I am miscarring.... But could the shots have either caused it or helped it along? Or could it be the shots and not a miscarry? My Dr says its a 50/50 situation.

I'm just trying to understand my situation. Hopefully I'm not miscarring but I'm not that optimistic.
