When are you leaving work?

Question

I normally love my job, but lately we’ve been working late nights and weekends on top of a normal 40 hour week.
I’m 37 weeks and I feel like I’m done, I Can barely walk bc of the pelvic pain, and I have no time to prepare for baby.
I’m a FTM so I’m wondering- when is everyone else starting their leave?

Not leaving til the day I’m in labor. I’m working full time and in grad school full time (semester ends the week of my due date). But I’m sticking it out so when baby comes I can have a full 8 weeks with no work or school. I only get 8 weeks maternity, don’t want to waste a second of it before baby comes!

I'm giving my 2 weeks notice this Friday.  I was planning on going out for leave on March 1st, but we have finally decided that I am going to be a full time mama, which I am thankful for.  Work stress in my field is real as of late so the timing is perfect. I should have one week prior to baby coming as soon as I leave work.

I had to leave in September because health and safety regulations in my job. But it’s lucky my partner is on a good wage so we were in a position to be able to only have one income. I get maternity allowance though up until this September so by then I would of had a full year off. And baby will be 6 months old when I return

With my dd1 I stopped working at 39+3
With my dd2 I am done at 36+1 (March 1st!) Because I want time home with dd1 before I pop this babe out. 
I'm so emotional about not having one on one time with her that it's driving me crazy 😥😭

I was planning on leaving the week before I’m due but I’ve decided that I’m taking 2 weeks before my due date off & if my LO comes late oh well 🙃 my leave doesn’t officially start until i give birth so I figured I may as well leave a week early.
+ I want to relax and get everything finished up in baby’s room without feeling that rush

My last day is on February 22nd. My doctor is considering inducing early but even if she doesn’t I don’t see myself working up until my due date. As a social worker I already see myself start to not care as much and if it gets any worse it may affect my clients so may as well leave before I really don’t care. Plus it gives me time to nest since work leaves me so exhausted every day and I haven’t had the energy for anything.

I am working until I deliver. I'm 34 weeks currently. it definitely is hard. I'm so tired. in so much pain. but I'm happy I'm pushing through.

I’m due March 18 but my last day is this Friday. I don’t have a great job environment and with the weather still being bad I’m tired of driving into work with shitty roads and our parking lot is never plowed, I even fell today. I’ll be taking two weeks unpaid and then my SD kicks in at 38 and then once baby is born I have 10 weeks paid family leave since I’m in NY.
