So I’m a junior this year right and we have prom. Well, at home, we have prom dresses but I tried them all on and there’s not one that I wanna wear. I mean they are cute and all but no me, you know? So there’s this one I found for sale and it’s 175$ and I want it so bad 😻😻 how do I tell my mom?? She would say something like “we have dresses.” so idek!

Do you have a resale store in your area?  We have a resale specific to homecoming/prom dresses.  Maybe if you got rid of some of the others you can help lower the cost of the new one.  Or try to sell them online (with permission if you’re not the owner).

If you have a job and can pay for the dress then it doesn't matter. Get the dress you want.

You see if you can raise the money yourself or look for a similar one second hand. but honestly don't be surprised if your mother doesn't entertain the idea of spending$200 on a dress
