Could i be pregnant

Ok ladies. Me and my fiance have been trying to conceive for 6 months. This time i was actually got to be with him while i was ovulating. We had sex a day before ovulation and everyday after that. And my symptoms are my boobs are droopy is what my fiance told me. Im nauseous but im not throwing up. I have mild cramps that keep going on and off. Im sleepy all the time. I just dont want to get my hopes up. But my fiance keeps telling me that he feels deep down that im pregnant. Also he says that my nipples have like big holes in the middle. Like i never has those holes there before that big until now. Please i need aone lady advice
