Nap Help
My daughter naps for 4 hours in the afternoon however every 30-45 min she wakes up crying and still sleepy then I have to shush her back to sleep.
The room is dark and fan is on to keep noise from outside as well as cool the room. I don't know how I can get the naps to be 1 long sleep which she used to be able to until she turned 3 months.
