Need all the help I can get...

I was molested at a very young age, I was 5 when it stopped because I realized what was going on but all of the earliest memories I have are of me being abused by an uncle. When my mom found out, she was so shocked and so scared (while pregnant w my brother) that she didn't immediately know what steps to take. She did take me to the hospital and they confirmed that something had happened to me. They built a whole case but couldn't arrest the man (my father's brother in law) because there was no evidence. Everyone in my family found out, not everyone believed my mother BUT the man and his family (wife and daughter) fled to Mexico because they all knew what had happened. They were actually present every single time I was abused.

My question is, how do I get them to serve their time? If they're in a different country but had a case opened here, in Texas? Well just the man but my aunt and cousin are just as guilty as he is.

Please please please, any information you can give me will help. I'm ready to testify against the family who RUINED my childhood.
