Losing color?

Question

29 weeks today.
My lips have been very dry during this pregnancy.cant tell in picture but i have dark spots on upper lip 
Lips arent pink feel like im losing pigmented on my lips? They look dark.
Anyone else going through this? 
Is this normal freaking out 
I put alot of vaseline everyday but they still be dry.

My face gets super dry during pregnancy. I use a moisturizer 3x a day and it's still flakey it's typically from hormones

Long shot reason, but I'm anemic and one of the symptoms of that is pale to no pigment in my lips. 
My iron levels ste going up and I'm slowly getting pink back in my lips.
Also, could just be that it's so friggen dry out right now. I apply vaseline like 25 times a day and it's doing nothing.

My lips are darker too and my face feels so dry all the time.

I find that I get funny skin pigmentation issues during pregnancy too. From what I understand it's just hormones doing their thing! At the end of my last pregnancy I even started to get "pregnancy mask" around my eyes. 😱😂 Lovely...

Looks fine to me
Some women get dry hands and feet and lips and dry mouth. I would say it’s all to do with the hormone but if your that concern I would speak to your midwife just to be sure
