Nuvaring side effect

I am using nuvaring for 10 years and recently I am experiencing itching in my legs and some mild pain. It is so curios because I ended in using it for 4 months in the past and it disappear but i have the feeling that it is because of nuvaring (and hope not an herpes...). Has anyone experience that before?
