My first day was pretty terrible. They gave me 10 mins of instruction and left me at the office by myself. I got lots of calls from customers who couldn't get ahold of anyone and tried to file a return with a co-worker helping over the phone. The lady who was supposed to come in never did so I just left. My husband wants me to give them another day but I don't want to go back.

Some background, I have no knowledge of tax preparation and I was under the impression they would train me. I was halfway through this ladys return and though "I have no idea what I'm doing, why do they want me to do this, is it even legal for me to do this" I apologized to the customer and went home.
