Definitely check out “put a cup in it”! I use a blossom cup, and it has never been painful. I honestly chose it because all of the slight variations were a little overwhelming, and the blossom cup was pretty cheap! I figured it was a trial, and if it didn’t work I didn’t want to spend a bunch of money, but I’ve LOVED it. My one issue with it is mine is blue and stains are impossible to remove- id definitely go with pink or red or something like that next time!

Defiantly try put a cup in it.com! Use the size suggestion as a guide not a rule, for example if you are under 30 and haven't given birth try the smaller size BUT it might be the larger size that fits best. Learn how high or low your cervix is as this will determine how long of a cup you need. Also you said you are sensitive so you may want a cup that is soft but be aware these cups are more difficult to get to open up when you insert them. Cups take time and practice to get used to and you may have to buy a few before you find one that fits well. But its worth it...to not have to buy pads/tampons anymore and to only have to change a couple times a day is amazing.

I have the diva cup and I had “trouble” getting it in the first few times but now I sometimes wear it just for discharge sooo it works for me🤷‍♀️
