I have recently done two FETs with PGS tested embryos that ended in miscarriage. My body has not been able to handle PIO injections to the point where I can’t walk. The first cycle we switched to Endometrium 3x a day and the second we switched to PIO every other day along with Endometrium 4x a day. Both ended around 5 weeks.

My doctor is suggesting doing another egg retrieval with a fresh transfer to avoid PIO. Has anyone done a fresh transfer without PIO and has success?
