gym tips and best workout plans, tips and opinions
i just got a gym membership today, i’m 19, 5’1 and 164 pounds. i have work from 2:30 to 5:30 during the week and 8- 12:30 on saturday’s. i doubt that the “time” you go will make any difference, just wanted tips and opinions! i really wanna lose maybe 20 pounds by june if i can, and what i should and shouldn’t eat. thank you!
