Just had surgery for my endometriosis, any tips for a more smooth/quick recovery?

Get a hot water bottle or heating pad on your shoulders and back  to help relieve some of the tension from the air pockets, don’t try to do too much too soon, take gentle walks around the house also a hot water bottle for your stomach always helps and when you feel you need pain killers take them. Basically just look after yourself and if you’re worried or unsure about anything, literally anything, go talk to your doctor it’s a confusing time so ask all the questions you need to until it all makes sense X) hope this helps
