Gas pains or miscarriage?

So earlier today my stomach started hurting. It’s like my entire stomach but mainly below my belly button. It started around 7pm it is now 1am and it is worse. I’ve farted several times and it seemed to ease it for a couple minutes. I tried to poop and couldn’t. I got off the toilet and felt better until I laid down and now my stomach is killing me again! No bleeding. I am just so scared of losing the baby! I have such bad anxiety!

I had such bad gas pains in my first pregnancy I thought I was losing the baby. Some of the pains seriously felt more intense than my contractions when I delivered her full term.

The same happens to me huni it will just be gas pain don’t worry I know it’s hard not to I had a miscarriage in August and now I am 8 weeks today with my rainbow baby 👶🏻❤️

My husband and I were walking into a store and I had to STOP walking because I was cramping so bad. Finally made it in to the store and had to sit down. Hubby quickly finished our errand and I made it PAINFULLY back to the car. I’m talking doubled over pain. It hurt SO BAD. I farted the whole way home and the pain was gone. I’m tellin ya girl this pregnancy gas pain is NO JOKE. It HURTS.

I have had terrible gas pains for the last two days. I know how you feel girl! Gas X is okay to use while pregnant, so I’m heading to the drug store this morning. Lol.

I had those gas pains on Sunday while I was driving. It was like nothing I’ve ever felt before but when I felt all those bubbles pop it felt better. I went home, went to the bathroom and felt much more relieved. I then made a cup of ginger tea. Anytime I’ve had that feeling this week the tea has helped settled my tummy. No need to worry!

Prob gas pains, I had them so bad with my son I legit almost called 911 😂 it was awful!!!!! I had a few huge farts about 15/20 mins later and I felt amazing 😂😂😂
