One day late help

So I take the pill and my boyfriend and I have sex almost every weekend this last week I was really lazy with my pills and now on the day of I didn’t get it and we are pretty good about using protection and pulling out. Today I have a very light discharge that’s brown close to none and I’m looking online and I’m scaring myself help!
