Cabbage to dry up milk?

Ive heard cabbage can dry up milk and ive heard it can sooth the breast. I dont want to breast feed at all. Want to know what to do stop stop the milk from coming in.

You cannot stop it but if you don’t do anything to them the milk will dry up quickly. Cabbage leaves help with the inflammation put them in the fridge so they will be nice and cold. Use ice packs or packs of peas. Your breasts are going to feel ok at first but then they will be rock freaking hard and hurt for a few days. Use ibuprofen to help relieve the pain. Wear a good fitting sports bra. Do not wrap your breasts that it not recommended anymore. Sudafed has been thought to help dry up the milk since but I dont think it did anything for me 🤷🏻‍♀️
Don’t hand express if you want your milk to dry up if you aren’t going to breast feed at all. That just prolongs it.

You can’t stop milk from coming in, but yes, apparently sticking some cabbage leaves in your bra will help dry it up 🤷🏼‍♀️

Takes about 7-10days to dry up i used ice packs on my boobs with my youngest son after I stopped breastfeeding him at 3wks.. 1st few days it really hurt but I did hand express a little in the shower everyday just so I didn’t hurt as much but by 10days I was dried up. Cabbage or ice pack work good anything cold helps with the pain.
