Are you announcing as soon as you hit 12 weeks or as soon as you hit 13 weeks?

I’m thinking of announcing next Monday, 12 weeks exactly, but want to know when everyone else plans on announcing. 
Have had many, many ultrasounds and just saw the baby move and kick with a strong heartbeat. Haven’t had the gender or genetic blood test yet because I’m larger so not sure if I should wait until after that.

We told our parents right away, slowly told close friends and other family as we saw them, will send a card out at around 13 weeks to other people (friends/family) who need to know before the internet does, and then we’ll share on social media probably around 14 weeks.
