Itchy and uncomfortable down there

A few weeks ago I was in pain in my vagina and it would burn to pee. It turned out to be a uti , I took some antibiotics and I was fine. Than I came back from vacation my boyfriend fingered me and now I feel uncomfortable down there kind of itchy and just not normal. What could this be ? I'm 18 but my doctor is like 45 minutes away and I'm waiting to get my car fixed so I have to rely on my mother to bring me everywhere so I don't want her knowing anything! What could it be in starting to get concerned. I have the regular white discharge I always get it doesn't smell or look funny!
