Why do we need ssn, what are the actual benefits besides being able to track everything we do?

They "claim it's to pay taxes, get jobs, and etc etc" I call bull shit, we can do all of that with out having a ssn.

If you had a choice.. would u still have a ssn issued for your kids?

Do you honestly see any good in having a ssn?

If you do see the good in having one what good do see in having one?

If you feel that ssn can be done away with why?

My PO is they can go away because I don't see the point in having them.
