Exhausted in the third trimester??

Anyone else just extremely exhausted I can sleep all day and still feel so tired I’m trying to work till the middle of April and it is just so hard being this tired, I feel like I can fall asleep at my desk in seconds. What are you doing to help with exhaustion??? SOS 😴😴😴

I was super exhausted a few weeks ago and it turned out I had an iron deficiency. I feel way better since taking the tablets. I'm still tired and exhausted by the end of the day but it's waaay more bearable. So it may be worth having that checked by your doctor??

I snack through the day. Also I have one soda a day around lunch Tim when I’m feeling tired.

I zoned out at my desk for a solid hour this morning. I get close to 8 hours most nights but I just wanna stay in bed.
