CD 7, went in for a check and...
Started a clomid generic CD 3, and I was only supposed to go in for an ultrasound CD 8, but today was my only opportunity. Anyway. Doc measured 4 follicles (there were more, but tiny so irrelevant): 18mm, 16mm, 12mm and 8mm. The 18mm one he seemed perplexed because he said it shouldn't be this big so early, but was happy with the others. To be honest, I don't actually understand why these are important/the relevancy of size and etc. He wants me to test for ovulation (with sticks) from tomorrow already, and if I get a smiley, I need to have bloods done to check for an LH surge. He mentioned that I may ovulate early based on my follicles? And then he wants to see me again on CD 11. Can anyone give me info? This is my first time/cycle.
