7 weeks 1 day abdominal ultrasound...maybe twins?

Question

Went in for an abdominal ultrasound today and some angles we could see two sacs and at others we could see one big one, but no heartbeat(s) :( the lady said that I could have a band in my uterus causing it to look like 2 sacs or it could be twins. But she couldn’t confirm because of the heartbeat situation. Thoughts? Anyone had something similar?

Could you see a baby/babies? Or just sacs? And no heartbeat at all? They should have done a vaginal ultrasound thus early.

This is my 7 week 1 day ultrasound. There was a heartbeat but it was very slow and she told me I was most likely miscarry. I have another ultrasound on Monday at 8+1 to see if it got bigger and a better heartbeat or the heart stopped. I wish you the very best!!!!!!!!!
