Frustrating 😩
I've been trying to loose weight for the past two years now, I weighed 155 pounds and now I weigh 170. My goal is to get back to where I was but I'll loose weight and get to 165 then gain 10 pounds in a matter of two days then loose it again but no matter what I do I can't get below 165. I eat healthy and everything and nothing works, can anyone give me any pointers ?Â
