Missed period day 3

So... I’ve been on contraception for 7 years.... first it was the pill then I moved onto depovera injection for a while. After that I decided to go more long term and have an implant fitted for 3 years... I finished that course then had another fitted for roughly a year and a half. During these 7 years My periods completely stopped !! Recently ( December 11th to be exact) I had my implant removed early. My first period came roughly 4 weeks after implant removal... I had sex during my first ovulation day and now I am due my second period I am three days late. What should I do as I feel no signs of it coming ( cramping ) I just feel super emotional I’m eating/ feeling hungry more often and I’ve felt slight twinges in both sides of my ovaries. Help ladies
