I had my egg retrieval on Monday and I am supposed to have my fresh egg transfer on Saturday. I went in today for ultrasounds and bloodwork and they called me this afternoon and said I have fluid retention and my estrogen level is too high so now they will have to freeze them and do a frozen transfer in a month or so.

I am glad they are being cautious because I obviously want it to work and finally be pregnant but I must say I'm pretty bummed. Not only do I have to wait another month, it means more doctors appts, more travelling back and forth, more meds (not as many but still). Just more.
