Can i do stairs or brisk walk after iui?!

I’m nervous to do anything but i feel like a whale and mentally going crazy not working out. Scared tho bc we finalllllllyyyy got BFP with first iui. Nurse says no sit ups or anything exceptional or with impact...

There is now evidence to suggest that you cannot work out after conception. There is evidence that maintaining your level of activity is actually beneficial to a healthy pregnancy, whether assisted or not. You’re fine! If you think you would feel guilty and blame yourself unnecessarily if the pregnancy is not successful - then protect your own mental status and don’t over exert yourself. I was still doing workouts at that stage - I had a subchorionic hematoma (I was ASSURED it was not a result of working out and that they are quite common) and bcnof that I had to take it easy for a few weeks. Once it resolved I was allowed to work out again (took me until after 20 weeks to feel comfortable with the idea again) and I’ve been working out a bit every week since. Prenatal workouts now nothing crazy. It’s amazing how quickly your body changes. And FYI our pregnancy was via IVF

Walking is good for this time. I wouldn't push it beyond that, but a nice brisk wall brings blood flow to the area, which you want.

Wait... so the first few days to a week no cardio activity.  Suppose to be days of rest (ugh).  
 
If pregnant though (so already 2 weeks out), you need to ask your fertility specialists.  It varies person to person.
