Anterior placenta?

Can someone with an anterior placenta show me their ultrasound picture? I’m confused about the position of my placenta. 🤦🏽‍♀️

It’s basically in front of your stomach not to the back of your back (some like that )lol

The white above his belly is my placenta ☺️

The white blob laying on his chest is the anterior placenta. He was snuggled up to it lol. But if I posted another picture from the same ultrasound, it would look like the placenta was beside him. It can be misleading to use the ultrasound to picture where the placenta is.

If you cut open your belly, the first thing your cut would be the placenta. Anterior placenta means that the layers go: skin, muscle, anterior placenta, then baby. It just acts like a cushion to the baby’s kicks. I’ve had it twice now! Hope that helps explain where it’s at lol
