I’m just confused .... wondering if fertil pro pills for men will help increase sperm count ?

So we had male infertility. My husband was told he had a 3% chance of having kids. We decided to change our diet, work out and stop drinking soda. And we ended up pregnant 1.5 years later.  He needs to have the test done every 3 months as that’s when the sperm in revitalized. But it can be from missing a vitamin to what type of plastic containers he eats his food out of. 🙄
