My daughter had the same thing and it was a dairy intolerance. I cut out dairy from my diet and she hasn’t had a problem since!

My son had blood in poop at about 6 weeks.. doc said it was dairy intolerance.. put him on soy formula and he did great! Kept him off dairy except little bits here and there till 11ish months he's now 12.5 months and totally on whole cows milk and doing great! So don't stress too much if that's what it is from!

Are you breast feeding? I told my lactation specialist that my baby was bleeding from her special area and she said it’s completely normal because she’s getting my hormones and they cause her to sorta have a period kinda and it eventually stops.

It looks like some sort of intolerance.  I would take the diaper to the pediatrician.  Most common causes are recent sickness, cow’s milk protein intolerance and soy protein intolerance, though there are other possibilities.  
A fissure (small cut/rip at the anal opening) can also cause blood, but the poop is also dark green and mucousy so I’m leaning towards sickness or protein intolerance.

My nephew had blood in his poop. They found out he was allergic to dairy. My sister took out of her diet and he has been fine. Praying for you!

Check her bum. If she has been pooping a lot more than normal, it could be from straining. BUT, I’d still call her pediatrician - they can check that, too.

I would call the nurses line they have for the pediatricians office. They will tell you what you should do. I usually just call the office and they have someone to connect you to an on call doctor. At least they do here.
