HELP ME

I usually run like clockwork 29 days 6 day period day 2-3 the heaviest. But this month i was 7 days late and had brown spotting on day 7 then the next day started bleeding lightly that only lasted 2 days. does anyone know what it could be? btw i was a little sick a few weeks ago and i know that that can throw it off
