Major Pelvic pain

I need help and ideas.

I’ve been having awfulllll pelvic pain a lot for tons of years. It goes to my back.

When I sit down - it feels like a knife is just cutting the inside of my pelvic / reproductive organs.

I can’t sit straight in a chair because it hurts so bad. It starts right around under my belly button, down into my vag / groin, all around my back.

I recently had surgery & she didn’t find any endo (which is what everyone originally thought it was), but it isn’t.

Any ideas?
