Extremely painful ovulation!? (TMI)

I normally always feel crampy on ovulation day, but today it was really intense. Painful, made me feel like I had pressure on my butt and almost doubled me over. I had so much ewcm that I had to wear a pad today as well. Anyone else have this before?

Very painful ovulation pain isn’t actually normal, or could mean a cyst which can go away on its own or it could be fibrous, best to check it out with a dr.

Yes mine was like this other day I can normally handle o pain but this month was so painful and loads of  cm x
