Ovulation

So I've been testing for ovulation since two days after my period around the 7th it was high and then two days later it was low so I kept testing none of them have been high or even peak they are low I dont know what to think. I'm not pregnant I'm supposed to ovulate Tomorrow but the test said low. Help
